1000%. Best park ever. Good for young kids, teens, adults or seniors. Walking trails lots of parks for kids a pool water fall an a restaurant. Clean all the way around staff is fantastic the park has security all day an night. Police will also drive throughout the park just to check up on everyone. We go 3-5 times a year an never had a problem. I have bin going since I was young an now I take my family an friends. 1000000% I recommend this park to anyone. Wish they had yearly spots because I’d take one for sure hands down an we travel 2 1/2 hr from him to get here

I don't recommend site # 37. A street light is right on the site and shines right on you all night. It isn't shining on the road, which I found odd. Can't enjoy a fire or sleep because it is so bright. Also, the site is next to the washroom/showers, which I thought would be good, but it isn't. People cut through our site constantly to get to the washroom. Our 2 dogs were not happy about this, which they're used to camping as we have a seasonal site somewhere else, but they're not used to having our space invaded. We have a small 21 ft trailer and the site was too small for it and we had to back the trailer between 2 giant trees. A bit pricey considering there's no septic at the site just a dumping station as you leave.

This is the worst campground. Apparently there's no established or enforced quiet time. 11:30 pm, and there were folks yelling, laughing, carrying on and driving all over. Kids running around shining flashlights in tents. Firecrackers going off. Dogs barking, (and when one barks, the rest have to join in). It doesn't appear that anyone follows the speed limit within the grounds, day or night. Got a question or need some help? Good luck.Never again.

Know before you go

  1. If possible, book a site near the creek for a wonderful stay
  2. Be cautious of specific campsites that may have issues like bright lights or noise disturbances
  3. Consider bringing extra tarps or waterproofing gear in case of heavy rain due to inadequate drainage in some areas of the campground
  4. Support local businesses by purchasing firewood outside if camp office hours are limited or closed early

Great campground, clean, quiet, and well maintained. I highly recommend this place, if you have any chance to book a site near the creek, you will definitely have a wonderful stay. We walked around with the nice trails available. The pool looked nice, and the bathroom and shower were very clean. We booked 2 more weekends for later this summer.

Though Harrison Park is beautiful, the campground has inadequate drainage for rain. Within minutes of raining, our site was a lake with 6” of muddy water. Everything inside was soaked. Had to throw out our tarp. It was the most disgusting camping experience I have ever had.
